Redund Policy

At Vannays Exquisite, we want you to love your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, our Refund & Return Policy outlines your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • It must be in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items returned after this period will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Undergarments or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Accessories or gift cards

3. Return Process

If your item meets the return criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at info@vannays.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval
    Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the Item Back
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
  4. Inspection
    Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method (e.g., bank account, credit/debit card, or digital wallet).

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you received a free shipping offer, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect in size or design.
To request an exchange, please email us at info@vannays.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

Once the exchange is approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you after receiving the returned product.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Notify us immediately at info@vannays.com with photos of the item.
  • We will replace the product at no extra cost or offer a full refund depending on availability.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or payment app again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@vannays.com.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
